Requires the supervising community corrections officer's primary work location to be within 50 miles of a sexually violent predator's residential placement when released to a less restrictive alternative

Adds sexually violent predators released pursuant to RCW 71.09.060 to the list of individuals the Department of Corrections must supervise on probation

Mandates the Department of Corrections supervise any sexually violent predator pursuant to chapter 71.09 RCW, with the same 50-mile proximity requirement for the supervising officer

Amends RCW 71.09.096 (civil commitment of sexually violent predators) and RCW 9.94A.501 (department supervision requirements) to implement these supervision changes
