Creates an annual $75 permit allowing short-term rental operators to provide complimentary prerolled cannabis products (maximum one gram each) to guests age 21 and over

Requires in-person age verification by checking valid ID when guests arrive at the rental property

A single permit covers all rental properties owned or operated by the permit holder

Guests must be informed they are being offered cannabis and that public consumption is prohibited under RCW 69.50.445; guests may decline the product

Cannabis may be consumed on the rental premises or taken off-site, provided it complies with existing public consumption laws
