Requires the Department of Fish and Wildlife to relocate the Bob Oke game farm (a pheasant rearing facility near Centralia in Lewis County) to an alternate location within 36 months, due to nitrate contamination of private drinking water wells in the Fords Prairie area confirmed by a November 2025 groundwater investigation

Mandates a joint relocation report by December 31, 2026 identifying a preferred alternate site, acquisition/leasing strategy, transition schedule, and estimated capital and operating costs

Requires development and implementation of a remediation plan for the current site, including continued groundwater monitoring, measures to prevent further nitrate leaching, and decommissioning of animal rearing infrastructure

Directs agencies to prioritize immediate nutrient reduction measures during the transition period, including reducing bird populations, expanding manure collection/off-site disposal, and increasing groundwater monitoring

Capital budget appropriation requests to implement relocation and remediation must be submitted for consideration during the 2027 legislative session
