Maintains existing fine structures: up to $5,000 for gross misdemeanors, with mandatory minimum fines ranging from $350 to $1,500 depending on offense history and circumstances

Preserves the general 364-day maximum for standard gross misdemeanors under Title 9A RCW that do not involve domestic violence or sexual motivation findings

Amends RCW 9A.20.021, 9A.36.041, and 46.61.5055 to implement these one-day sentence increases for specified offense categories
