Annual license fees for cannabis producers, processors, and retailers increase from $1,381 to $1,781, while application fees remain at $250 for all three license types.

Beginning July 1, 2027, annual license fees will automatically adjust each year based on the change in the Seattle-area Consumer Price Index for all urban consumers since July 1, 2026.

Amends RCW 69.50.325 governing cannabis licensing regulated by the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board.
