Washington State House Resolution 4714 recognizes Representative Virginia "Jenny" Graham for her eight years of service representing the 6th Legislative District, elected in 2018

Representative Graham served as ranking member on the House Community Safety Committee and on the Joint Committee on Veterans' and Military Affairs, focusing on public safety, law enforcement support, and holding violent offenders accountable

She served in the United States Army Reserve and worked as a small business owner and licensed cosmetologist/esthetician for 40 years before entering public service

Following the loss of her sister Debra Estes to the Green River Killer, she became an advocate for crime victims and their families

Resolution adopted March 12, 2026, with bipartisan sponsorship from nearly all House members
