Requires the Washington Department of Transportation to develop and maintain a publicly available map showing all locations where temporary political campaign signs are permitted along interstate, primary, and scenic highway systems

Map must identify department-owned/managed land, areas prohibited due to state highway right-of-way, adjoining private/public land where signs are allowed, and department land where signs are permitted

Map must be prominently displayed on the department's website for public access

Prohibits the department from removing any campaign sign unless the map indicates the sign is placed in a prohibited area
