Agencies must meet eligibility requirements including published use-of-force policies, 80% officer compliance with 40-hour crisis intervention training, and 100% compliance with trauma-informed training

Appropriates $100,000,000 from the general fund for fiscal year ending June 30, 2026 to implement the program

Requires the Washington Association of Sheriffs and Police Chiefs to report by January 1, 2026 on statewide law enforcement staffing levels, vacancy rates, and turnover rates from 2020-2025
