Prohibits elephants, wild cats (excluding domestic cats), nonhuman primates, and bears from participating in traveling animal acts in Washington State, effective July 27, 2025

Defines "traveling animal act" as performances where animals are transported between locations in mobile housing facilities such as trucks, trailers, or railway cars

Exempts performances conducted at permanent, USDA-licensed facilities that are not mobile

Classifies violations as a gross misdemeanor

Allows cities and counties to adopt more restrictive local ordinances governing traveling animal acts
