Prohibits nonresident aliens, foreign businesses, agents, trustees, or fiduciaries associated with the People's Republic of China from acquiring any interest in agricultural, forest, or mineral land in Washington, effective August 1, 2025

Bars corporations and business entities from acquiring such land if more than 20% of stock or beneficial interest is held by parties associated with the Chinese government

Exempts land acquired through inheritance, devise, debt collection, or lien enforcement, though land obtained through debt collection must be disposed of within three years

Exempts foreign citizens whose land-holding rights are protected by treaty and agricultural land associated with food processing facilities

Amends RCW 64.16.005, which currently allows any alien to acquire, hold, convey, mortgage, and devise land with the same rights as native U.S. citizens
