Insurance Commissioner may require health carriers to annually report primary care expenditures for previous calendar years or anticipated expenditures for upcoming calendar years

Commissioner has authority to determine the form and content of primary care expenditure reporting, considering definitions and targets established under RCW 70.390.080

Reporting requirements must align with primary care expenditure reporting systems used by the Health Care Authority for Medicaid and state employee benefits programs

Primary care expenditure reports submitted by carriers are designated as public information
