Expands the definition of "fabricated depiction" to cover AI-generated sexually explicit images of any minor, removing the previous requirement that the minor be "identifiable" from the image or connected information

Adds a new form of sexual exploitation of a minor: knowingly causing a minor to be photographed or recorded in sexually explicit conduct while the minor is unconscious or unaware of the recording

Extends the statute of limitations to 10 years for multiple child sexual abuse material offenses, including dealing in, possessing, sending, and viewing depictions of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct (first and second degree violations)

Sexual exploitation of a minor remains a Class B felony with no statute of limitations under existing law
