Removes the pregnancy exclusion clause from Washington's Health Care Directive form, which previously stated the directive would have "no force or effect during the course of my pregnancy"

Amends RCW 70.122.030, part of Washington's Natural Death Act governing end-of-life directives

Retains all other provisions of the directive form, including requirements for terminal condition or permanent unconscious condition diagnosis, witness signatures, and options regarding artificial nutrition and hydration

Re-letters the remaining subsections of the model directive form from (d) through (g) to (d) through (f) following deletion of the pregnancy provision
