Prohibits weapons at county fairs and county fair facilities during public operating hours, with an exemption for gun shows on fairgrounds

Exempts concealed pistol license holders from the new park, public building, and county fair restrictions

Exempts military/National Guard color guards and honor guards conducting ceremonies at these locations, as well as museum staff handling firearms for official duties
