Adds three new protected classes to Washington's public school anti-discrimination law: homelessness, immigration or citizenship status, and neurodivergence (including autism spectrum disorder, dyslexia, and ADHD)

Establishes statutory definitions for key terms including ethnicity, gender expression, gender identity, sexual orientation, homelessness, and neurodivergence within chapter 28A.642 RCW

Amends RCW 28A.642.010 to expand the list of characteristics protected from discrimination in Washington public schools

References the federal McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act (42 U.S.C. Sec. 11301) for the definition of homelessness
