Amends RCW 42.56.270 to expand public records exemptions for proprietary financial and security information submitted to or obtained by the Washington State Gambling Commission from license applicants, licensees, gaming facilities, and tribes under tribal/state compacts

Exempts financial statements and transactions from disclosure, including independent auditors' reports, bank account records, player tracking records, bond issuances, loan agreements, and stock buyouts (quarterly license reports remain public)

Protects internal operational and security information such as security camera specifications, cash out procedures, cage security details, building access controls, and personally identifiable information control procedures

Shields gaming facility security information including facility layouts, schematics, firewall configurations, network topologies, source code, disaster recovery plans, incident response plans, and risk assessments

Exempts gaming equipment information such as hardware/software details, field testing data, cryptographic hashes, schematics, and user credentials that could compromise equipment security if released
