Expands protection from force or violence interference to cover employees and contractors of both public and private schools, all elementary and secondary students, and officials or volunteers at extracurricular athletic activities

Increases penalties for interference by force or violence from $500 maximum fine and 6 months jail to $1,000 maximum fine and 364 days jail (gross misdemeanor)

Requires convicted non-students to be excluded from the school or extracurricular activities where the crime occurred for 12-18 months; students may be excluded from athletic activities for up to 12 months

Mandates public schools post signage at gymnasium and auditorium entrances and athletic fields notifying the public of offenses and penalties under RCW 28A.635.090 and 28A.635.100

Directs the Office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction to develop a standard signage form for these notifications
