Department of Children, Youth, and Families must establish a body worn camera pilot program at Green Hill School by January 1, 2026

Expands authorization for body worn camera use to include officers employed by the Department of Children, Youth, and Families, in addition to existing authorization for law enforcement, Department of Corrections officers, and jail/detention facility personnel

Adds definition of "corrections agency" to public records law provisions governing body worn camera recordings, aligning it with the meaning of "correctional institution" in RCW 9.94.049

Amends RCW 10.109.030 and reenacts/amends RCW 42.56.240 to incorporate these changes into existing body worn camera statutes
