Establishes a community partnership program between the Department of Social and Health Services and the city of Medical Lake to support community policing efforts at Eastern State Hospital and adjacent areas

Formally recognizes and perpetuates the existing community partnership program between the department and the city of Lakewood for policing at Western State Hospital and adjacent areas

Requires annual state funding to both cities in amounts determined by the biennial budget, based on anticipated service levels, costs, and the relative size of each state hospital

Funding provided through these programs is in addition to any existing appropriations for police services

Department must collect data from both cities on fund usage and number of calls responded to, and submit an annual report to the Office of Financial Management and legislative fiscal committees by December 1st each year
