Consolidates six separate professional licensing accounts into the existing business and professions account, including accounts for architects, funeral and cemetery services, landscape architects, real estate appraisers, geologists, and appraisal management companies

Repeals the statutes creating the individual dedicated accounts (RCW 18.08.240, 18.39.810, 18.96.210, 18.140.260, 18.220.120, and 18.310.160)

Requires the state treasurer to transfer all residual fund balances from the repealed accounts to the business and professions account by February 28, 2026

Mandates the Department of Licensing director provide an annual report by September 30th, beginning in 2026, detailing revenues and expenditures for each profession using the consolidated account

Takes effect January 1, 2026, and passed unanimously (Senate 49-0, House 97-0)
