Adds new right for survivors to request further preservation of their sexual assault kit or its probative contents without charge

Requires written notification to survivors at least 60 days before intended destruction or disposal of their sexual assault kit, upon written request

Adds explicit right to be informed upon request about forensic analysis completion dates, results, and whether analysis yielded a DNA profile and match

Reorganizes and renumbers existing survivor rights including access to medical forensic examinations at no cost, advocate consultation, police reports, case status updates, and interpreter services
