Requires the supervising physician to be within 30 miles of the facility where the procedure is performed

Mandates clinical staff trained to administer medications for adverse events must be physically present at the facility during virtually supervised procedures

Requires compliance with all federal and state telemedicine laws and local facility policies for virtual supervision arrangements
