Extends the water supply facility permit and funding milestone for the Yakima River Basin Integrated Plan from June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2035

The milestone requires approved permits and secured funding to begin construction on water supply facilities providing at least 214,000 acre feet of water for instream and out-of-stream uses

Extends the expiration date for Washington State Water Research Center review requirements on projects costing more than $100,000,000 from July 1, 2025 to July 1, 2035

Extends the transitional management period for Teanaway Community Forest land purchased under the integrated plan until the milestone is met or June 30, 2035, whichever comes first

Declared an emergency measure, taking effect June 30, 2025
