Applies to convictions for attempt, solicitation, or conspiracy to commit offenses including rape of a child, child molestation, communication with a minor for immoral purposes, commercial sexual abuse of a minor, and sexual exploitation of a minor

Defines "net nanny" as internet sting operations where undercover law enforcement officers pose as minors on adult dating sites and apps to apprehend adults soliciting sexual activity with minors

Applies retroactively to all offenders sentenced before, on, or after the effective date of the act
