Drug testing devices must detect at least one controlled substance (such as flunitrazepam, ketamine, or GHB) and include test strips, stickers, straws, or similar detection tools

Licensees must post prominent signage indicating test kits are available and ensure all devices are within their expiration date

Licensees are protected from liability for defective tests or inaccurate results, and violations of these requirements are not considered violations of liquor licensing laws
