Expands allowable expenditures from the northeast Washington wolf-livestock management account to permanently include wolf-livestock management and grants to Stevens and Ferry county sheriffs' offices for local wildlife specialists to aid the Department of Fish and Wildlife

Converts temporary spending authority (previously limited to 2021-2023 and 2023-2025 fiscal biennia) into ongoing statutory authority for these additional expenditure purposes

The account remains nonappropriated, held by the state treasurer, and funded by legislative appropriations, private donations, and other public or private sources

Expenditure authorization requires approval from the director in consultation with the advisory board created under RCW 16.76.020

The act expires July 1, 2031
