Postsecondary institutions are prohibited from proposing, requesting, or pressuring students reporting sexual misconduct to enter nondisclosure agreements related to allegations against other students or employees

Student ID cards at state universities, regional universities, and the state college must include the phone number of a regional community-based organization providing 24/7 support for survivors of sexual assault, harassment, and gender-based violence

Sexual assault survivors gain new rights including written notification at least 60 days before destruction of their sexual assault kit and the ability to request further preservation of kit contents without charge

Survivors must be informed upon request about forensic analysis completion timelines, results, and whether DNA profiles yielded matches, as long as disclosure doesn't compromise ongoing investigations
