Substance use disorder treatment in prisons must be provided by state-licensed individuals rather than through department-licensed programs

Standards must be jointly reviewed and updated every four years beginning July 20, 2030; Department of Corrections reimburses Department of Health for inspection and technical assistance costs

Act becomes null and void if specific funding is not provided in the omnibus appropriations act by June 30, 2025; effective date is July 27, 2025
