Requires the Liquor and Cannabis Board to decide on applications for certain liquor licenses, renewals, or endorsements within 45 days of receiving complete documentation, or the application is automatically approved by default

Allows the Board to extend the 45-day deadline by an additional 30 days if good cause exists (such as reviewing objections), but only if a temporary license is issued to the applicant during the extension

Converts temporary licenses to permanent licenses by default if the Board fails to issue a decision within the 30-day extension period

Removes the requirement for "receipt verification" when providing written notice of license applications to churches, schools, and public institutions within 500 feet of proposed premises

Permits any required notifications under the licensing section to be issued concurrently to expedite the process
