Expands maximum Washington College Grant eligibility from families earning 0-55% of state median family income to families earning 0-70% of state median family income

Restructures prorated grant awards: 50% for families at 71-80% median income, 25% for 81-90%, and 10% for 91-100% (extending eligibility up to 100% of median income)

Creates a new $500 annual "bridge grant" for students who qualify for the maximum Washington College Grant but are not college bound scholarship recipients

Bridge grant begins in the 2025-26 academic year and covers non-tuition expenses such as books, supplies, technology, transportation, housing, and child care

Students must be enrolled at least half-time to receive the full bridge grant; less than half-time enrollment results in prorated amounts
