Amends RCW 18.225.060 to restructure the composition of the Washington State mental health counselors, marriage and family therapists, and social workers advisory committee

Adds three consumer members to represent the public at large who may not be licensed mental health care providers, expanding the committee to nine members total

Allows the licensed advanced social worker position to alternatively be filled by a licensed independent clinical social worker

Prohibits committee members from holding governing office or board positions in professional associations for mental health, social work, or marriage and family therapy, and from being employed by the state of Washington

Requires consumer members to be unaffiliated directly or indirectly with the professions licensed under this chapter
