Prohibits nonresident aliens, their agents, trustees, or fiduciaries from acquiring any interest in agricultural, forest, or mineral land in Washington starting August 1, 2025, unless their home country allows U.S. citizens to own agricultural property

Exempts U.S. citizens who hold dual citizenship with a foreign country from the restrictions

Allows exceptions for land acquired through inheritance, devise, debt collection, or lien enforcement, but requires disposal of such land within three years of acquisition

Exempts foreign citizens whose land ownership rights are protected by treaty, or citizens of countries that permit U.S. citizens to own land within their borders

Excludes agricultural land associated with food processing facilities from the prohibition
