Amends RCW 43.30.205 to allow the Superintendent of Public Instruction to designate a representative to serve on the six-member board overseeing state forestlands

The board consists of the governor (or designee), superintendent of public instruction (or designee), commissioner, UW School of Forest Resources director, WSU College of Agricultural, Human, and Natural Resource Sciences dean, and a county representative

County representative is selected by legislative authorities of counties containing state forestlands acquired under RCW 79.22.010, 79.22.040, and 79.22.020, with each county receiving one vote

County representative must be a duly elected member of a county legislative authority and serves a four-year term
