Authorizes peace officers to remove unauthorized persons from residential property and order them to remain off premises upon receiving a signed declaration from the property owner under penalty of perjury

Requires peace officers to give occupants a reasonable opportunity to present evidence showing they are legitimate tenants, legal occupants, or guests before removal

Adds provision that occupants who present falsified or counterfeit documents (such as fake rental agreements) to police may be charged with making false statements to a public servant under RCW 9A.76.175

Creates a new cause of action allowing property owners to sue for actual damages, costs, and attorneys' fees against anyone who presents falsified documents during the removal process

Maintains existing protections preventing removal of legitimate tenants or those entitled to occupy under rental agreements, and shields law enforcement from liability for good faith actions
