Senior centers, senior housing organizations, senior living centers, and 55+ senior living communities would be added to the definition of "bona fide nonprofit organization" for purposes of conducting bingo games under RCW 9.46.0321

These senior-focused organizations would be permitted to conduct bingo games once per week without obtaining a gambling license from the commission

Annual gross revenue cap for senior organization bingo activities would be set at $10,000, compared to the $5,000 limit for other unlicensed nonprofit gambling activities

Organizations must still comply with existing requirements: provide 5 days advance notice to local police, use only unpaid bona fide members to operate games, and maintain activity records for one year

All revenue after prizes and expenses must be devoted solely to the qualifying purposes of the nonprofit organization
