Amends RCW 42.56.420 to add a new exemption from public disclosure for critical energy infrastructure information collected by the state energy resilience and emergency management office

Defines "critical energy infrastructure" as physical or virtual systems and assets whose incapacity or destruction could disrupt energy supply and jeopardize public health, safety, and welfare

Protects records containing actual, potential, or threatened attacks on, interference with, or incapacitation of critical energy infrastructure through physical or computer-based means

Exemption does not apply to information that simply gives general location of or relays publicly available information about critical energy infrastructure
