Repeals Washington's participation in the Interstate Teacher Mobility Compact, which was enacted in 2024 (Chapter 317) to facilitate teacher licensure across member states

Removes 13 sections of RCW Chapter 28A.420 covering compact purpose, definitions, licensure procedures, teacher qualifications, discipline provisions, and the interstate commission

Eliminates the requirement that provisional employees licensed under the compact must complete the issues of abuse course and equity-based school practices requirements before their third year contract renewal

Amends RCW 28A.405.220 to remove references to the interstate teacher mobility compact from provisional employee contract nonrenewal procedures
