Required scoring criteria disclosures include admissions rubrics, weights assigned to GPA, standardized tests, and course taking, as well as weights for academics, extracurriculars, personal essays, and other application components

Institutions must publish demographic data for applicants and admitted students, including race, ethnicity, age, gender, parental income, parental education level, and residency

Grade point averages of applicants and accepted students must be posted separately on institution websites

Adds a new section to chapter 28B.10 RCW governing higher education institutions
