Amends RCW 42.56.140 to require the Public Records Exemptions Accountability Committee to present its annual recommendations in person to the appropriate House and Senate committees during committee assembly days

Committee consists of 13 members appointed by the governor, attorney general, state auditor, senate president, and house speaker, with 4-year staggered terms

Committee reviews all public disclosure exemptions and recommends whether each should be continued, modified, scheduled for sunset review, or terminated

Annual recommendations must be transmitted by November 15th to the governor, attorney general, and appropriate legislative committees
