Best practices must cover response protocols for law enforcement, fire agencies, and other first responders to electric vehicles involved in collisions or fires

Guidance must address transporting, towing, and storing electric vehicles involved in collisions or fires

The director of fire protection must develop best practice checklists to promote interagency coordination during EV fire responses

Checklists must be made available to all fire agencies in Washington state
