Amends RCW 79.105.060 to change the inflation rate index used for aquatic land leases from the all commodity producer price index to the consumer price index for all urban consumers (CPI-U) for the Seattle metropolitan area

The inflation rate affects calculations for lease rates on state-owned aquatic lands including tidelands, shorelands, harbor areas, and beds of navigable waters

Passed unanimously in both chambers: Senate 49-0 on March 4, 2025, and House 97-0 on April 9, 2025
