Office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction would administer the grant program, subject to appropriated funding

Amends the Climate Commitment Act to add the fuel tax assistance grant program as an eligible use of funds from the climate commitment account

Adds this school transportation assistance to the existing list of climate-related programs funded through the state's cap-and-invest program revenues
