Grants the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board access to the medical cannabis authorization database to verify excise tax exemptions under RCW 69.50.535

Expands the list of authorized database users, which already includes cannabis retailers with medical endorsements, prescribers, law enforcement, and the Department of Revenue

Amends RCW 69.51A.230 to add the Liquor and Cannabis Board as a new authorized entity alongside existing database access provisions

Database records must be retained for at least five calendar years to allow both the Liquor and Cannabis Board and Department of Revenue to verify tax exemption eligibility
