Directs the interagency electric vehicle coordinating council to address EV charger infrastructure property crime through its industry advisory committee or an ad hoc committee, subject to appropriations in the omnibus transportation appropriations act

Authorizes up to 15 additional committee members including representatives from the attorney general's office, law enforcement, recycled materials associations, EV charging providers (both Level 2 and Level 3), local governments, utilities, community advocacy groups, and EV drivers

Requires the council to provide guidance on reducing EV charger property crime, respond to legislator inquiries, and include findings in its annual report to the legislature

Exempts proprietary information provided by private sector entities to the Department of Commerce under this act from public disclosure under RCW 42.56.270

Advisory committee provisions expire July 1, 2027
