Federal employees separated under Executive Order 14210 (February 11, 2025) or who voluntarily left due to termination of remote work arrangements under Presidential Memorandum (January 20, 2025) receive hiring preferences for Washington state employment

Qualifying federal employees receive a 5% scoring bonus added to promotional examinations until their first promotion, similar to existing veterans' preferences

All Washington state agencies must give preference to qualifying federal employees for appointment and employment

Amends RCW 41.04.010 to add federal employees alongside veterans in the existing competitive examination scoring criteria system
