Mandates all public higher education institutions maintain a webpage with reproductive health information including prenatal care, pregnancy termination options, appointment scheduling, and links to Department of Health resources

Addresses barriers facing approximately 196,000 pregnancy-capable students at Washington public institutions, who may travel up to 78 miles or wait 10 days for abortion appointments

Currently only one campus student health center in Washington offers medication abortion services
