Extends the deadline for county auditors to send automatic voter registration acknowledgment notice packages from 5 business days to 60 days after receiving an application from the Department of Licensing

Allows voter registration forms approved by the Secretary of State to be used in addition to the standard voter registration application for in-person registration at county auditor offices and voting centers

Clarifies that new registrants who decline registration within 15 days of the mailing date are deemed to have never registered to vote, while those declining after the deadline will have their registration cancelled

Requires acknowledgment notices to be sent when automatic voter registration information indicates a residential address change

Permits county auditors to use alternative communication methods (email, phone, text) for voter outreach, with mailed notices not required if voters respond through these alternate channels
