Prohibits nonhuman entities (such as AI systems) from using nursing titles including "registered nurse," "nurse," "nurse practitioner," "licensed practical nurse," and related abbreviations like "R.N.," "L.P.N.," "N.P.," and "A.R.N.P."

Specifies that only licensed human persons may practice or offer to practice as registered nurses, advanced registered nurse practitioners, or licensed practical nurses in Washington state

Amends RCW 18.79.030 to add "or any nonhuman entity" to existing prohibitions on assuming nursing titles or using words, letters, signs, or figures that indicate nurse status

Section 1 amendments expire June 30, 2027, with Section 2 amendments taking effect on the same date to account for terminology changes from prior legislation
