Amends RCW 34.05.514 to add a new venue requirement for judicial review of Fish and Wildlife Commission and Department of Fish and Wildlife actions

Petitions for review of agency actions regarding wildlife management and wildlife interaction must be filed in the county where the wildlife in question is located

Changes existing law that generally allows petitioners to choose between filing in Thurston County, their county of residence, or the county where affected property is located

Creates a fifth exception to the standard venue options for administrative proceedings, alongside existing exceptions for higher education, water rights adjudications, and pilotage commission appeals
