Extends public records exemption for personal information from licensed family home child care providers to all licensed or certified child care providers, including those working in child care centers, school-age programs, and out-of-school-time care settings

Exempts disclosure of names, home addresses, GPS coordinates, personal phone numbers, email addresses, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, bank account information, emergency contacts, and non-publicly distributed photographs

Preserves public access to business addresses, program capacity, licensing status, inspection results, and public safety findings required by state or federal law

Requires the Department of Children, Youth, and Families to update privacy guidance, licensing communication materials, and mandatory reporter training documents to reflect the new protections

Amends RCW 42.56.640 to remove family child care providers from the existing in-home caregiver exemption, moving them to the new broader child care provider exemption
